Vendor Registration Agreement

Vendor fees are $25 per 10x10 space. They may be paid by check payable to the Jourdanton 1909 Association and sent to 1306 Simmons Ave, Jourdanton, TX 78026, or you may pay online by clicking the Register Button above for 26.06 (including credit card processing fee) per 10x10 space (max 2 spaces may be reserved)

Food vendors must be approved before reserving a space.
Email shannon@jourdanton1909.com if you intend to provide food service. 

We only permit  one food vendor per cuisine  and cap our number of food vendors to ensure the success of those who participate. 

Information/solicitation-only booths are not permitted.

  If you intend to reserve an informational booth, you are required to offer children’s games/prizes or activities. NO REFUNDS

DISCLAIMER

Downtown merchants, the Jourdanton 1909 Association, nor any other entity will be responsible for loss, theft, injury, or personal property damage before, during, or after the event. All vendors are responsible for their own property and provide all their own set equipment, such as tables, canopies, chairs, etc.

There will be no electricity provided to vendors.  Only food vendors may have a generator, and must be approved.

No vendor will be allowed to park/drive on Simmons Avenue or Crouch Street between the hours of 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! Simmons Avenue and Crouch Street become PEDESTRIAN walkways between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and vehicles are not permitted on public walkways. By registering, you are stating you will abide by this clause.

You are responsible for providing your own means of transporting your goods to and from the parking area to the vendor area. No vendor will be due a refund for weather, cancellation, illness, or other. Refunds will only be issued if the Jourdanton 1909 Association cannot hold the event.
